It features a comfortable main bedroom; a separate spacious living room with attached kitchen and dining corner; a separate den/office with a desk, couch, and TV; a 6-square-meter balcony; a bathroom with two-faucet sink and a walk-in rain shower; and a separate toilet room with sink. Other amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and heated towel rack in the bathroom. The apartment is well connected by four streetcars and near the U6 subway line. The popular 2 streetcar, just two blocks away, takes you to Vienna's historic district in 12 minutes. It's close to Ottakringer Brewery, Brunnenmarkt (Vienna's largest street market), and Yppenplatz (one of the city's most popular squares for al fresco dining).
