Majestic Cape Cod short walk to Syracuse University

Description

This is a beautiful old home in a quiet area in the Berkeley Park neighborhood. It is a large house with three floors. It is a 10 min or less walk to campus, and a short distance from the Westcott neighborhood that has bars and restaurants. There are four bedrooms: on the second floor: a master bedroom with a king sized bed and attached bathroom with two sinks; another bedroom that is also used as an office and has a full bathroom; a third bedroom with a bunk bed that has a full sized mattress on the bottom bunk. On the third floor: a bedroom with a single bed; and a bathroom that has a bathtub (no shower). There is a large living-room with a Smart TV and fireplace on the first floor along with a large kitchen and dining room. And a side room that has a Peloton bike. We also have hand weights and yoga mats. There is also a hot tub that is available for use in our back yard, which also has a beautiful garden that will begin blooming in April. Our screened in porch is perfect place for working from home, with new furniture plenty of room for hosting in the warmer months. This is our home and we will be away for the academic year.
