Bright open space with loads of windows overlooking serene neighborhood with mature hardwoods and white picket fences. 2nd TV in BR, Casper King facing east, bird-feeder to gently usher in your morning. All utilities provided including fiber, wifi, some streaming services. Lovely 5-10 minute stroll to supermarket, restaurants, gym, salon, bank, pharmacy, etc. UNC 10 min, Duke/RTP 20 min, Raleigh/NC State 30 min, Jordan Lake within shouting distance. Community green spaces and walking paths, pool, tennis, pickle/volleyball. Neighborhood is 25 years old, just south of Chapel Hill. Apartment is completely separate from host's residence and was designed with sound barriers, but still, host/guests are sharing one home...so compatibility is essential. Cleaning fee waived for stays >3 mo, additional 10% discount > 12 mo.
