Description
We are a theatre professor/filmmaker and a clothing designer. We're going to be in Los Angeles for a sabbatical, and we're looking for a renter for the spring semester. We love our home, which is wonderfully located in Northampton and filled with contemporary art. It's a perfect spot for professionals or academics working at Smith or one of the other many colleges and universities in the area (including UMass Amherst, Amherst College, and Mt. Holyoke College.) The house is a beautifully restored older home--fully furnished--with a bright and contemporary eat-in kitchen. WiFi is strong and it's easy to work from home. We are open to a well behaved pet.

Comments: Our home is right by the bike path and less than a mile from downtown. It's walkable or an easy bike ride to Smith (1.5 miles), and within 15 minutes' drive of 4 other campuses. I-91 is easily accessible, as is the Mass Pike.

Comments: The house is perfect for visiting academics and professionals, and can be an easy work-from-home. We will be away on sabbatical. We love our home and we're excited to share it with someone who will love it too. We are open to a well-behaved pet.
