Our cozy house's central location makes it accessible to all of Portland's colleges & universities, and a great walkable, quiet and friendly place to land overall. There's a bedroom and full bath on the main floor, two bedrooms and a half bath on the second floor. This would be a great fit for a single or couple looking for one or two home offices, and/or a guest room, tv room or exercise room. A family with older kids would be ideal, or a housemate situation. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. The backyard is large, enclosed, private and tidy with a mature ornamental red leaf plum tree and two dogwoods. Front garden is also enclosed and sunny, and includes two raised beds for veggies or flowers. We have a maintenance gardener who comes by once per month. I love to cook and have equipped the kitchen with everything you should need. The living room has comfortable seating and two large sets of windows. A dining room with table and six chairs next to the kitchen also has lots of light. There's a large garage that is available to tenants for storage. I do have some boxes etc inside, but there remains lots of space. The long driveway is also available and fits at least two cars. I'm a Garden Designer based in Berkeley CA and will be relocating to my lovely house next year to be closer to family and friends. My niece lives nearby with her family and manages the place in my absence. We both value great communication and are always a text or phone call away!
