When you look at the courtyard, you may feel that you are far away from the city, surrounded by birds and squirrels, although we are steps from city life. You will have access to one of the largest bedrooms on the market. The room is located on the first floor with a high ceiling, and wooden floors. It has an attached, walk-in closet, and is furnished with a queen bed, desk, and drawers. You will have access to 1.5 baths: near the bedroom, there is a full size bathroom with full-size bathtub, a vanity/sink, and new tiles, which you would share with only one other person. In addition, there is a half bathroom on the 2nd floor. The kitchen and furnished living room are on 2nd floor. Free laundry on the third floor. We are steps from the Porter Square station on the MBTA Red Line, a supermarket, and gym, and right near Harvard University. The room is in a 4 bed, 3 1/2 bath house. It includes central AC and heating. We request a criminal and credit background check, and a security deposit of $400-$900, depending on length of stay.
