My flat is available for two weeks while I am on a research trip. It is in an amazing location, with very easy access to all the universities of London, especially in the Bloomsbury area (where I work), or a 20 minute cycle to the British Library. The neighbourhood is also an brilliant place to be based: with Clissold Park, and all the amenities of Newington Green, Stoke Newington, Highbury & Islington etc on the doorstep, including great cafes, restaurants, libraries, pubs - I'm happy to share recommendations. The flat itself is also a great place to work from: the views are really special and the big windows mean it is always bright! It is south-east facing, with the open plan living area getting lots of light during the day. The balcony doors slide open making it feel like an extra room for morning coffee & sunset views. The bedroom is spacious with good storage. The flat is on the top floor (6th) of the building with an elevator and a security system for entry so feels very peaceful and secure.
