Lovely two bedroom flat in the heart of Leith

Second floor two bedroom apartment, with a living room and a kitchen/dining room. Lovely shared garden. The flat has a small park on one side and a low, glass roofed building on the other, so even though you're very much in the city, the views from all windows are open. One bedroom has a single bed and is very well suited for a child. The other one has a double bed. The bathroom is small as is typical in these tenements but we have remodelled it (got rid of the full sized bathtub) to create a bit of space. There is still a bathtub, but 1.20 meters long it will work only for children. The kitchen is fully equipped as Tod loves to cook. We also have an excellent coffee machine. The neighborhood is wonderful, with shops, cafes and bakeries. A 20 minutes bus ride (or 40 minutes walk) to the university and a 15 minute walk to Princess street (and the main train station). The tram, one block away from us, will take you straight to the airport. The previously mentioned glass-roofed building is the Drill Hall, Out of the Blue studios where I have a charming, large (30 square meters) art studio/writing space which I could also sublet for a separate fee. PLEASE NOTE: the last picture with the big table and massive windows is the studio, NOT the flat. The studio is in a separate building but only a few doors away. It is a one minute commute. The studio is wonderful and aldo available to let (with 24/7 access) for an extra 400 pounds (roughly 500 USD) a month.
