Hello Faculty member or graduate student! You will find this retreat perfect for the academic year or a bit longer. We value your connection to the University community. We maintain our unusual garden weekly and hope you find it as calming and welcoming as we do! Our lifestyle is quiet and family centered. 3 of our 4 adult kids live in the Bay. While Jim is retired, Kathy continues teaching Suzuki piano from home. If you're a history (or architecture) buff, we hope you'll enjoy living in Maybeck's own home here on "Nut Hill". We welcome any questions that you may have. Our property has not been on this Sabbatical Homes site since 2007. The Trust score appears to be "low" due to listing having been fallow.
