This studio is located in an architecturally vintage building, which means you have concrete walls and don’t hear neighbors (except on the hallways). This recently renovated apartment has plenty of space for 2 people to live, including a walk in closet.. The best part…don’t miss the glorious rooftop deck located on the same floor as my studio. Sweeping views of rhe Chicago Skyline and Lake Michigan/Lincoln Park. I have a dedicated workstation with monitors and standup desk mount. The TV is equipped with Roku. I’ve been using this studio as my summer home for working in Chicago. There’s about 6 bus lines within a block, a 10 minute walk to brown line and Divy bike stations right outside on the corner. Easy access to bike paths, beaches, and the loop. I’m nestled right on the border of Old Town and Lincoln Park. There’s a convenience store in the building and very friendly property management on site. You’ll find lots of restaurants in the area.
