We will be travelling next year and not using our second home--we love this charming cottage, and it is just right for someone working at UVA or the UVA Medical Center--so close to the University, on a quiet street, close to the beautiful Virginia countryside. The house is very comfortable; great desks upstairs and downstairs with excellent wifi makes it great for working from home. Two large bedrooms, one smaller bedroom, all with good closets. Two full baths. The large screened porch makes outdoor dining and outdoor play possible for most of the year. Great area for running, hiking, biking; parks and playgrounds very accessible. Close to shops and restaurants. (The fireplace does not work.) Off street parking-Driveway can fit two cars
