Ideally located with 10-15 minute drive to medical centers in Bothell/Kirkland/Lynnwood/North Seattle/University locations. Bike trail = 10 mile ride to University/Bothell locations. Apartment is fully separate ADU over garage of single-family home. One owner is high-school chemistry teacher, and daughter of a chemistry PhD. Other owner is director of national non-profit organization. Birds sing through the day, and wild creatures roam the yard--deer, raccoons, squirrels, and more.
