This would be the perfect house for someone on sabbatical at a local university who is looking for a place for a couple or perhaps for a small family. We have furnished it with up-to-date mid-century modern furnishings and modern pieces of art. We are open to renting furnished or unfurnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with all supplies you would need. The house is in a cul-de-sac of nine homes. The neighbors are friendly and would welcome you warmly. The neighborhood is great for walking, with lots of residents strolling with their dogs. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but doable if you like to walk. You can also easily bike to the beach or to the shops and restaurants in downtown Santa Cruz. Whole Foods Market and the quaint Shoppers Corner market are just a few blocks down the street. Also walking distance is Samba, a Brazilian restaurant, and The Buttery for baked goods, sandwiches, salad and coffee. Delaveaga Golf Course is also nearby for those who like to golf.
