We're subletting our beautiful house from September 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027. Completely renovated before we moved in last year, this top-floor unit is bright, beautiful, and fully furnished. Private & independent entrance – you never share access with the rest of the house. The space: • 2 bedrooms on the second floor (currently one home office and one guest bedroom/ second home office but can easily be rearranged as sleeping rooms if you prefer) • Living room • Full kitchen (we love cooking and our kitchen is very well equipped and set up for that) • Bathroom • Balcony on the second floor • Oversized attic covering the entire footprint of the house • Huge private terrace opening from the attic Where we sleep & live: We use the street side of the attic as our bedroom with a king-size bed. That leaves the two second-floor rooms as our offices. But there are many possible layout options depending on your needs. The sofa in the attic is our relaxation spot because the space is wonderfully bright – light enters from three sides. The terrace: On warm days, it's just amazing. Open view, not blocked by any nearby big buildings. Very private feeling. Light: Opening on three sides, the unit is exceptionally bright and well lit throughout. We follow the sun from room to room throughout the day. Neighbors & neighborhood: • The neighbors in the property are very calm and friendly • The entire neighborhood is very calm • Shared backyard garden access Furniture & storage: We will leave all the furniture you need for daily life. We will store our personal belongings off-site. Location & accessibility (all walking distances): • 7 minutes → Duffrin metro station • 8 minutes → pharmacy • 8 minutes → FreshCo grocery store • 15 minutes → Walmart & NoFrills Food, drinks & fitness: • 6 minutes walk to Bloor Ave. with many bars and restaurants • 3 different gyms within walking distance (6 to 12 minutes) Parking: No private parking spot for the property. Street parking is available, and there are usually spots right in front of the house.
