2 bedroom apartment near subway, park , cafés and downtown

We just finished repainting the apartment and we are looking for short term rental for the months of May, June and July. We could possibly consider making the apartment available for August and more but we're not decided yet. The apartment has retained its old-world charm despite recent renovations. It has two bedrooms: one has a large double bed; the other has a single bed and serves also as an office. The apartment is very bright, with windows in every room. The bathroom and kitchen have just been renovated. The entire apartment has just been painted (which is why it looks bare in the photos: we haven’t had a chance to put everything back in place and the pictures on the wall!). The oven, fridge, and washing machine are brand new. All utilities are included: electricity, heating, Wi-Fi. There is a balcony at the front and one at the back. The apartment is located in the highly sought-after Villeray neighborhood, 4 minutes from the Jarry metro station. There’s a park nearby; cafés, bakeries, great restaurants and pubs all close by. The famous “Jean Talon Market” is right nearby. We believe it is ideal for a couple but it could also accomodate a small family. We could add a double bed in the small room if necessary but that would involve extra cost.
