Lovely and cozy apartment for one or two adults, and up to one child. Bedroom with queen bed, living room with seating and television, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Second bedroom that can either be set up as a child's bedroom or an office. Great balcony out front, and fabulous deck out back with barbecue. The apartment is charming and comfortable, and the location is even better! We are spending the school year in Toronto (to be closer to my aging parents) and looking to rent out our apartment while we are away. We are hoping to rent to someone for the entire ten months that we are away.
