Description
Our home is within easy walking and biking distance of UW-Madison and UW-Hospital on Madison’s Near West Side. It is also minutes away from two bike paths, nearby coffee shops, and West High School. Built in 1926, our three-story house will feel like home to you too. It includes three bedrooms, one office with skylights, and one full bathroom on the second floor, and a finished attic to escape to with skylights and lots of sun. The first floor includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom/TV room, and one full bathroom. There is also a screened-in back porch for outdoor relaxing and dining that overlooks our backyard. The 2100 sq ft house is equipped with ductless air conditioning and heating, along with radiator heating. It is fully renovated and furnished throughout, with washer and dryer in the basement. The home is smoke-free and pet-free, very quiet, with trees on three sides. There is a large, shared driveway for parking. Our street is tree-lined and lovely and has a block party each September. We are on sabbatical over the fall semester and are eager to find renters to take good care of our home from early August through December.
