We are looking for a couple or family that is similar to us- looking for a change in pace and life style- We are moving back to our roots- maybe you also want to be back in the nature and away from the rat race- work remote or retire somewhere without the firm commitment of moving entirely. Our place is 5 min walk to downtown Nevada City’s coffee shops and restaurants. However we are still surrounded by nature and trees. There is ample outside seating, porches and a large deck and large yard. Also, close to Deer Creek and 7 Hills school, pioneer park. Skiing in the winter as Sugar bowl is 45-50 min and swimming in the Yuba during the summer. Conditions are 3.5x ratio for income level and credit rating above 700. We are looking for responsible and like minded people who will take care of our home as if it is your own home for a longer term, preferably 2 years.
