Looking for a responsible tenant for my one-bedroom apartment on the West Side of Vancouver. Located in one of the oldest and most sought-after neighbourhoods, the area has lovely wide, treed boulevards within 5 minutes walk to shops, services, coffee shops and services. There is a bike/walking trail close by which runs north to downtown and south to the Fraser River. The building (the Kontiki) is served by a long-time resident manager and is kept in great condition internally and externally. The neighbourhood is the oldest and most prestigious in Vancouver. It is quiet and friendly with a variety of restaurants and coffee shops close by. Convenient transit options will take you to UBC, the airport or downtown. I would prefer a 3-4 month occupancy/sub-let over the period November to March. There is a responsive on-site manager for any information or requests and the area is considered safe and quiet. There is newly installed fibre-optic internet/wifi service and I may consider access to my iMac and printer. This is an older building with lots of character. The suite was completely renovated in 2018 and has an open-plan layout with new fixtures and appliances.
