We sublet our apartment in Berlin while we will be away for a research stay abroad. It is a spacious 110 m² (1175 square feet) apartment in Pankow-Süd, located on a quiet street and less than five minutes’ walk from an S-Bahn station on the S2 line, one of Berlin’s main north–south train lines, and 5 minutes underground/metro from the trendy Prenzlauer Berg quartier. The apartment is well-suited for a couple, a group up to 5-6 people, or visiting academics who would like to spend time in Berlin in a quiet residential area with very good public transport connections to the whole city. We would be glad to provide more details and photos before arranging a video call.
