I'm going on a sabbatical and I'm looking to sublease my spacious two-bedroom apartment, located just a 2-minute walk from the University of Mannheim and 5 minutes from Mannheim's main station (Hauptbahnhof). The apartment has high ceilings, two balconies, lots of light, 1.5 bathrooms, an in-unit washing machine, an induction stove, a dishwasher, and many other useful appliances. There are coffee shops right around the corner, plus various supermarkets, public transport, and the main shopping street all close by.
