We are semi-retired professionals and artists looking to rent our beautiful 3-story, 6 bedroom (some can be used as an office), large garden historical home in a gem of a residential community abutting the scenic Smith College area on a quiet, minimal traffic thruway street in the heart of Northampton MA. The house is filled with windows and flooded with sunlight on every floor, and has a nice-size garden/yard, 2 parking spaces, a large basement for storage, and an large outdoor shed for recreational equipment. The home is rented with kayaks and canoes for use. For work at home professionals the space is ideal to set up offices on the third floor, and the expansive space of the home allows for comfy and joyous homemaking. Our home is steps to the Mill River trails and minutes to Paradise Pond and Downtown. Home can come furnished or partially furnished, and some owner storage will remain in the basement of the home. We hope to have tenants enjoy our treasure of a home for a few years as much as we have!
