Quiet two bedroom Victorian house with friendly cat in central Cambridge

I am an academic researcher in the humanities at the University, living with my 4-year-old son in a quiet family street of the Romsey area of Cambridge. We will be away for 18 days in August and are looking for a cat lover who would enjoy our house, the beautiful landscaped garden, and our cat's company. Our cat Petrushka is a friendly and fluffy 10-year-old Siberian, who spends most of his time outside during the summer months. He is very low maintenance but does enjoy human company. He would need to be fed twice a day, with the occasional cuddle. I am new to this platform which explain the low “trust rating“. However, I have had several happy cat and house sitters in the past - feel free to ask for references from previous house sitters if this would make you more comfortable to proceed. The house is a lovely two bedroom terraced house located near the central train station, close to both university campuses (Cambridge and ARU). There is a master bedroom with a double bed, a smaller room with a single bed (suitable for young children as there is a safety rail), and an upstairs bathroom. Downstairs the front room doubles up as a study, with a spacious study desk and monitor where you can plug in your laptop, an ergonomic chair and footrest, and daylight lighting. The living room has a large sofa, two lounging chairs, an electric piano, and a CD and record player. The kitchen has lots of natural light, a beautiful wood table, and all the amenities, including a washer / dryer, a dishwasher, induction plates, oven, and microwave. The kitchen/dining area opens onto a patio with table and chairs, parasol, and a lush landscaped garden, perfect for having breakfast in the summer. The neighbourhood is lovely: a quiet family street, close to shops, cafes and restaurants (5-10 min walk). This includes the local Co-op, M&S, Asda, and LIDL; several pizzeria/Italian restaurants; a cocktail bar; and a friendly local pub. All the university's sites are accessible either on foot (approx 40 min) or by bike (15-20 min depending how fast you are!) There is the option to borrow my bike if needed and there is also a bus route nearby.
