I will be travelling this coming winter and would much rather have my home enjoyed and cared for, than sitting empty. My preferred rental period is from early December through the end of April, although I can be somewhat flexible for the right person. My furnished Kitsilano townhome is ideally suited to a professional seeking a comfortable, quiet, and beautifully maintained home in one of Vancouver's most desirable neighbourhoods. My home is fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped and decorated - a one bedroom layout with a second bedroom /ensuite ideally locked off for my personal belongings. Bright, south-facing yard that gets wonderful light even in winter. Hardwood floors, two fireplaces and a well-stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. There is also white furniture involved, so perhaps a lighthearted nod to careful red wine handling. I imagine it being a good fit for a single academic or a professional couple looking for a quiet, comfortable place to land while they're in Vancouver.
