I'm a graduate student at University of Pennsylvania, currently working on my dissertation from outside of Philadelphia. I am looking for someone responsible and respectful to enjoy the apartment and take care of it while I am gone. Ideal for visiting academics, medical professionals, or researchers. The apartment is a lovely, fully furnished 1-bedroom in Fitler Square, with a nice balcony that's great for working or relaxing on in nice weather. There is a washer/dryer in unit, and a spacious kitchen including a dishwasher. There are many nearby coffee shops and parks, and it is a 20-25min walk away from Penn Campus. It's only a 10-15min walk away from Center City restaurants and shops, but the neighborhood itself is very quiet and residential.
