Our one-bedroom, self-contained garden flat is available for a single occupant or a couple. The flat is attached to our home, but has its own private entrance. It is in excellent decorative condition and comprises a bedroom, bathroom and spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. Large glass doors open directly onto a patio and garden shared with the main house. The flat is located in East Finchley, which is a quiet, safe, residential neighbourhood of north London. It is within easy walking distance of both Muswell Hill Broadway and East Finchley High Road, each of which has a wide range of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs as well as a cinema. There are also many green spaces nearby, including Highgate Wood and Cherry Tree Wood. East Finchley Underground Station (Northern Line) is a 12-minute walk away, from where central London can be reached in around 20 minutes. This makes the flat an ideal base for academic visitors, other professionals, or anyone seeking a peaceful stay with quick and easy access to the city. We are looking for considerate tenants who will enjoy and care for the space during their stay. Please note that we have two friendly cats who live in the main house and like to visit the flat when they get the chance. For this reason, the accommodation is not suitable for anyone with a cat allergy.
