This is my home and it could be yours while I am away. Large sunny apartment with spectacular views. Has everything, all you need to bring are your personal items. Of course all of my personal items will be gone including my stuffed animals. 4 blocks to the subway/metro. Bus stop almost at the door. Supermarkets, Marshalls, Pure Gym, Planet Fitness and Target all within walking distance. UPS and Post Office store 3 blocks. Columbia Presbyterian Hospital one subway stop away or 5 minute uber. 2 Sony TV's with Roku's. A/C in bedroom and living room all remote control. Ceiling fans in every room including the kitchen, all remote control. For ultimate comfort Serta Posturepedic pillow top queen mattress with remote to raise arms and legs. An HP Printer is also available for your use.. Sony Boom box with tapes and CD's DVR player with DVD's. And so much more. All linens and Fully stocked kitchen. Please note: building mailbox access not included. Tenants must set up a PO Box at the nearby Post Office for mail. However package deliveries (Amazon, UPS Fed EX) can be sent directly to the apartment. Guests have access to all closets open closets. As you can see by my photos I have tons of plants. If you like plants and would like to water them. I'll be happy to leave them as plants give life to the home. If not I'll be happy to remove them. It's your choice.
