A Spanish Island small town home for rent or exchange

Come enjoy Mallorca and live on an island! We live in a classic Spanish home that’s well lived in, in a world heritage area that is a favorite area for those who love biking. Folks come from around the world to this area for the mountains and beaches. Our town has two small cafes and on a bus line, a 5 min bike ride to the train that takes us around the island, to groceries, shopping, site seeing, nature. Our place has two bedrooms to use, an office in each room, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor. One bathroom is outside (typical for Spain ;) and one upstairs with shower and bath. A kitchen and living room, printer and area to park ebikes (which you can use), and outdoor patio area with table and chairs and plants. There is dust that settles inside daily in the area and the place is well loved and used. Our cats come and go in the backyard, and we keep them out of the front because of cars coming by (but they will try to sneak out 😉 ). There are local pools open and multiple towns with fantastic festivals throughout summer. And it’s hot too! So come prepared to enjoy mountains and sun and white beaches and quiet areas - Mallorca has something for everyone we’ve found.
