I am renting out my bright one-bedroom, second-floor apartment this summer while travelling in Europe and Canada. Although some daytime neighbourhood noise is inevitable in central London, traffic is minimal and the area is generally peaceful. Communal areas are professionally cleaned and maintained weekly, and residents have access to a basketball court and several small parks and green spaces within the estate. I recently moved into the flat and am continuing to furnish it. By the time of your arrival, there will be additional seating and a small desk in the bedroom suitable for reading or remote work. High-speed internet is included as are all other utilities (water, gas, electric). The flat is located on St Peter's Street, part of a charming and highly sought-after conservation area just east of Angel and Upper Street. A wide range of excellent restaurants, cafés, pubs, and independent shops are within easy walking distance, as are Camden Passage and Regent's Canal. Angel Underground Station (Northern Line) is a short walk away, providing quick access to King's Cross, the City, and central London. Numerous bus routes also serve the area.

Comments: The flat is available while I am traveling this summer (June 23-28; July 1-14; & July 28-Sept. 19). It is the perfect place for those who want to live in a desirable neighbourhood close to the center. Longer stays preferred but open to all enquiries.
