Comments: This is actually quite a subsidized rate for a 2-bedroom in an amenities filled building in this neighborhood that is fully furnished and includes utilities (and wifi).
Comments: Gorgeous furnished apartment with thoughtful décor, accent lighting, art, vintage furniture, comfy bed/couches, ample storage, and central heat/AC. Quiet building with courtyard, gym, rooftop skyline views, and great food/coffee/vintage shops nearby.

Comments: This is a long term lease/lease takeover. I prefer someone who can come for the full year, which will allow me to offer the best monthly rental rate, but am open to shorter windows (even under 6 months for the right tenant)..
