We are a family of five preparing for an international move and are looking for tenants who will enjoy and care for our home while we are away. More than anything, we hope to find people who appreciate the unique character of this property and the lifestyle it offers. This has been a wonderful family home for us. We've raised our children here, planted gardens, picked raspberries from the backyard, gathered fresh eggs from our chickens, hosted friends under the shade of mature trees, and spent countless evenings enjoying the peaceful outdoor spaces. It is a home that invites both connection and quiet moments. The property is located near 95th and Arapahoe on a large private lot with beautiful trees, gardens, fruit, and plenty of room to relax, play, and explore. While it feels peaceful and tucked away, it offers convenient access to Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, CU Boulder, NCAR, NIST, and many other employers and research institutions. We believe this home would be especially well suited for: • Visiting faculty, researchers, scholars, and professionals relocating temporarily to the Boulder area • Families seeking a safe, welcoming neighborhood with generous indoor and outdoor space • Individuals or couples who enjoy gardening, nature, and outdoor living • Professionals working remotely who appreciate a quiet setting with room to spread out • Groups of up to four unrelated adults who are looking for a comfortable long-term home We are open to furnishing the home fully, partially, or leaving it unfurnished depending on the needs of the tenant. We understand that many visiting scholars and relocating families arrive with different housing needs, and we are happy to discuss flexible arrangements. The home includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, multiple living spaces, a large yard, mature landscaping, and abundant outdoor areas. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. No cats, please. Smoking is not permitted. Most importantly, we are looking for tenants who will enjoy living here and treat the property with care and respect. We value open communication and hope to create a positive experience for everyone involved.
