WONDERFUL COZY APARTMENT IN COTE D'AZUR

I am a working professional who mostly lives in Paris and former academic. While I am busy working, I would like to share with this wonderful community my newly renovated flat in Villefranche-sur-mer, just on the border with Nice. I did this apartment exclusively for myself and did it with good materials and lot's of love, and so everything is top notch, new, inviting, and fresh. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one living room, one bathroom, one small mechanical/storage room, and a spacious foyer. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed (just purchased - not on the pictures) and a second room has a bunk bed with the full-size mattress on the bottom (could sleep two children/teens) and a twin-size mattress on the top. My apartment has AC, wi-fi, cable TV, balcony furniture, and all new appliances. Villefranche is a wonderful little sea-side village with a fascinating history in the South of France and holds there a unique place: Jean Cocteau painted his small pretty chapel in the old twon (a gem of the Cote d'Azur), Rolling Stones busied themselves with recording their albums, and Sean Connery did a famous motorcycle chase shot just near my house in his "Never say Never again' James Bond's movie. Museums of Picasso, Matisse, Chagal, and Bonnart are just a short drive away, and easily reachable via train as well, whose stop is just a 12-15 minute walk from the house. Famous Eze village and a Nietzsche trail and glamourous Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat all just behind your door. If countless artists, musicians, movie stars and socialites living then or now on Cote d'Azur fascinate you, if Belle Epoque or Nouvelle Vague movies strike the cord of your heart, then you found your place for your next professional retreat! Not to speak about swimming in the bay of Villefranche sunbathing on the beach nearby. The place is both relaxing and invigorating, you will fall in love instantly! The transportation to Nice is extremely easy, a bus stop is just 50m away there is a 600 and 15 buses going to Nice. The 600 bus goes the other way all the way to Monaco. The train station is 12-15 min away that will bring you all around Cote d'Azur. Countless restaurants in Villefranche, countless hikes around it, and sentier littoral bringing you directly to the old port of Nice from my house.
