Great restaurants and coffee are a short walk, Target is just down the street, Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are a six-minute drive, and the Silver Lake reservoir is a mile away. Downtown is nine minutes, Griffith Park is ten minutes, USC is 15 minutes. We also have an EV charger and parking for two cars. Full disclosure: There will be a disturbance to our driveway, at some point in August or September, for 4-6 weeks. We are replacing the main sewer line for our HOA.
