Beautiful Furnished Santa Barbara Condo near downtown and beaches

With my past career at UC Santa Barbara, I'm looking forward to renting my family's beautifully furnished 2-bedroom apartment/condo to a visiting scholar or professor on sabbatical for a period of 3 to 9 months. Our peaceful condo complex has a shared hot tub, sauna, laundry room, and two swimming pools. It's located about a 5 minute drive or e-bike ride to downtown Santa Barbara, 5 minutes to the gorgeous Mesa or Shoreline beaches, and about a 15 minute drive to UCSB. It's possible to ride an e-bike or bike to UCSB since there are various bike paths; however, I'd only recommend it to avid bikers since the condo is located on a very large hill (which is great for mountain views, but not easy for the bike ride home!). There is also a nearby bus line that goes to downtown or campus. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is fully furnished, and would have everything needed for a longer stay. You'll enjoy stunning views of Santa Barbara and the mountains beyond from this hilltop setting. Located in one of Santa Barbara’s most desirable neighborhoods, this condo is located in a quiet area but has quick access to beaches, parks and shopping in the Mesa area. The kitchen has everything for any cooking or baking you might want to do. The downstairs has a half-bath while the upstairs has a split bathroom (shower and toilet in one room, and wash area in another) located between the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen-size bed, portable air-conditioning unit, and peaceful views of trees. The second bedroom has a Full-size bed (that can be converted into a futon couch) and a sit-stand desk with wide windows that overlook the trees. There's also a peaceful nature preserve in easy walking distance called the Honda Valley preserve. Well-behaved pets may be considered. One covered carport parking spot is also included. There is no EV charging available on site; however, UCSB campus has electric charging stations for cars. If you're looking for a true Santa Barbara experience, come stay in the Mesa neighborhood and delight in everything this gorgeous city has to offer!
