Our two-storey townhouse is a little green oasis in the calmest neighbourhood of UBC, Hawthorn. It is steps away from Hawthorn Green, a coffee shop, children's garden, and the Old Barn community center, and just a 5 min walk to the gorgeous UBC Botanical Garden. Our home is ideal for couples or families with kids, with three bedrooms on the upper floor, two full bathrooms (one with a bath, ensuite, and the other with a shower stall), and one toilet/washbasin downstairs. When the weather is nice we spend a lot of time outdoors on our porch and greenspace (which has a separate private entrance), and use our gas barbeque often, or go for walks in the adjacent park and the Rhododendron Woods. In the winter, we have a cozy gas fireplace to warm up the suite. Most of our neighbours have been here for many years and are lovely people, either with young kids or teenagers, all very friendly. An allotment garden is available for the duration of the rental year. The townhouse has a dedicated parking space, or street parking is available with a permit. It is serviced by Village Gate Homes.
