As landlords, one of our top priorities is good communication and mutual respect. We pride ourselves on providing a quiet, clean, and fully equipped home that you look forward to coming to unwind after a long day. We live in the building and love helping guests discover the best of Madison and the surrounding area! We are both UW Madison alumni and have lived and worked in Madison for over 40 years. The husband is retired, and the wife is a Psychiatric mental health prescriber. We love traveling and taking walks, and we enjoy all that Madison and the surrounding area have to offer.
