We are subletting our apartment for the 2026-2027 academic year with the option to extend into the summer of 2027. Our spacious three-bedroom apartment is currently set up as one bedroom (queen bed), one office/guest bedroom (queen bed), and another office. The space is ideal for a couple, but could accommodate two roommates. Utilities are not included in the rent price and will be the responsibility of the tenant. Also, our unit includes a dedicated off-street parking spot, laundry in the building, access to the backyard and use of our raised garden beds (entirely optional)! Deposit required.
