Charming furnished house in the incredible Lexington school district. On a quiet dead-end street, it is walkable to elementary, middle, and high schools. We just put in a new walk-in shower on first floor and a new induction stove in the kitchen. The community is wonderful, with friendly, internationally-minded neighbors (families from Lebanon, Poland, India, China and the US are within three houses of us in either direction). Here is the layout of the house from bottom to top: The basement has a washer and dryer on the unfinished side, and a bedroom/study, mini kitchen, and a half bath (toilet and sink) on the finished side. The first floor has a galley kitchen, living/dining room, full bath with walk in shower, bedroom, and an office (could also be a small bedroom). The top floor has a master bedroom attached deep soaker tub, shower, and sink on one side, a half bath (sink and toilet), and a second bedroom/study.

Comments: Planning to include gas, electricity, water, sewage, trash, internet, lawn mowing and snow clearing. It might be possible to lower the monthly rent if tenants want to do lawn and snow. I can also add house cleaning for a bit more.

Comments: Quiet dead-end street. Neighborhood is filled with families with school children walking to school. Community is very international--my immediate neighbors are originally from Lebanon, Poland, China, India, and the US.
