Comments: Laundry in basement. A/C window units. Shower, but no bath. Great water pressure. Stove and Microwave. Eat in kitchen. First Floor Apartment. Neighborhood very safe for single person.

Comments: You can have a car, but it's street parking and Queens parking is difficult and you'd have to deal with alternate side of street parking. I have a car. It's possible, but requires a bit of work.

Comments: This will be a furnished apartment with all utilities paid (cable, wireless, gas, electric). Closets and dressers will be cleared for use, but many personal items will remain.
