3 bed/2 bath appartment in quiet yet central and convenient location

Description

We are looking to rent our appartment for the upcoming academic year (ideally from Sep. 2026 to Jun. 2027 but can be flexible). The appartment is located on the second and third floor of a 3 storey walkup building. The building the appartment is in is located at the back of a courtyard so is not directly on the street, which provides a calm environment. The bedrooms are all on the upper floor and of unequal sizes. The largest one is currently furnished with a 180x200cm bed, the second largest with a 120x200cm bed with a pullout and the smallest with a 90x190cm bed. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower on upper floor, one with a tub on lower floor with washer (and possibilty dryer if preferred). The kitchen is fully equipped. The appartment is located within the Hopital St Louis/Canal St Marting neighborhood with restaurants, cafes, retail, schools and other amenities nearby and easy access to universities and colleges located in central Paris.
