Seeking a quiet, trustworthy female as a short term tenant. Offered is a private, furnished bedroom with en suite bathroom, plus shared (but most often private): entrance, living space and kitchen. This has been a family home, my kids are relocating elsewhere for the year. The house will mostly be uninhabited for the available period, but I will be on site approximately one week per month.
