ABOUT THE ROOM: The large primary bedroom of our 2-bedroom apartment offers an impressive walk in closet, ensuite bathroom, and lots room for a workspace. The bedroom has north-facing windows looking out onto leafy treetops. We can provide draperies, a queen-size bed and writing desk or you can bring your furniture. ABOUT THE REST OF THE APARTMENT: Our residence is located on the top (fourth) floor with elevator access of a quiet and well-maintained building located at the very centre of Toronto. Our corner unit has bright sunny windows on all sides with the living room offering beautiful views of the sunset. -The large private balcony is cool and shady in the summer and the building is surrounded by trees-a perfect spot to work or relax. - The kitchen is fully-equipped with lots of cupboard space a nice size with an island with stools. - The living room/dining room area is quite large and will be lightly furnished. - High-Speed Internet is available for an additional cost. - We are very close to great walking and biking trails which stretch along the Don River. - The building is a quiet and has a lovely courtyard with a fountain. There are bunnies too as we're near the Rosedale ravine! - There are many restaurants and shopping close by. ABOUT THE SHARED ACCOMMODATION: You will have the place to yourself for the most part. We are living out of the city but I will be in town from time to time for business on weekdays and will occupy the second and smaller bedroom. I will notify you when I intend to come. ABOUT FURNISHINGS: As mentioned above, we can offer the bedroom and living space furnished or unfurnished. This includes draperies and rugs.
