Our residence is located on the top (fourth) floor with elevator access of a quiet and well-maintained building located at the very centre of Toronto, on the edge of one of the oldest exclusive areas of the city. Our large balcony is cool and shady in the summer and the building is surrounded by trees. Our corner unit has bright sunny windows on all sides with the living room offering beautiful views of the sunset. The primary bedroom is quite large with a walk-in closet, wardrobe, and dresser drawers. The secondary bedroom is smaller but the big windows looking onto treetops. The kitchen is a nice size with an island for prep or eating or you can eat in the dining area and watch the gorgeous sunsets. The building is a quiet and has a lovely courtyard with a fountain. There are bunnies too as we're near the Rosedale ravine! We are very close to great walking and biking trails which stretch along the Don River. Everygreen Brickworks is a great destination as is shopping and dining along Bloor from Yonge to Avenue Road. Photographs show the apartment fully furnished and decorated however, we will ensure the furnishings and decor are essential and other bits and pieces will be packed away to make room for yours!
