The apartment itself is a beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom home in South Novato. The available room has its own private bathroom, and the goal is for the space to feel comfortable and balanced for both people. I'm looking for a roommate who is responsible, financially stable, communicative, and considerate of shared spaces. Ideally, you have a fairly consistent schedule and appreciate living in a home that is predictable rather than constantly busy or filled with visitors. You do not need to be a homebody, but I would love to find someone who values coming home to a peaceful environment. Cleanliness is important to me.
