Cozy Plant Haven in Austin Texas

I am a musician & photographer & have lived in this apartment for 15 years. I spend time reading, cooking, writing and playing music & working on photography here. I love meditation and yoga and there is lots of room inside or on the outside patio for this. All of the windows face SW and a tree line between the building and the train tracks where you'll see lots of birds and have beautiful afternoon light pouring in. The train is easy to get used to, I find it quite soothing & the apartment & neighborhood is quiet, safe and friendly. This home is so special and cozy and a perfect place to create & relax. I am looking for someone who will care for my plants, be respectful of my neighbors and the space and who can make themselves at home here for a little while. There are amenities to enjoy like the pool & hot tub and you can easily walk to coffee shops nearby!
