Seeking a non-smoking professional, visiting faculty member or mature, quiet graduate student. This rental unit is a 750 square foot octagonal space on the third floor of an addition to my home (a separate structure that has a shop in the walkout basement and a garage in the middle level). Features include use of garage, an enclosed bathroom with shower, kitchenette (maple cabinets, double sink with pullout faucet, medium size fridge), 16 windows, custom storage unit in center island, Brazilian cherry floor and trim, slate floor in entry and bath, heating/cooling by heat pump, vaulted ceiling with clerestory tower in center, located on 5 acre lot 2 miles east of College Mall just off SR46, a quiet remote setting but with a very quick commute to campus - about 8-10 minutes. It is on a private road with eighteen 5-7 acre lots and hiking through state forest available at the end of the road. Other amenities available to the renter: basketball hoop, fire pit for cookouts down the hill in the woods, private road (great for walks). Optional furnishings: futon sofa/bed, desk, miscellaneous shelving. Pets: no dogs. cat a possibility. Utilities included with the monthly rent of $1150: electric, water, trash, gigabyte internet (ethernet and wireless).

Comments: The kitchenette has a medium-size refrigerator, large toaster over, microwave, hot plate. The washer & dryer are available in the basement of my house. The studio is separated from house by a 30x10ft bridge/deck, availabel to tenant.
