Two bathrooms available for your use. The house and grounds: A classic Victorian surrounded on three sides by a beautiful large garden, with a treehouse. Relaxed, comfortable shared living rooms. The neighborhood: Walking distance to downtown Santa Cruz — shops, groceries, and the beach. Bus stops nearby, and an easy ride to campus by bicycle. What’s included: • Stocked pantry: Help yourself to coffee, eggs, milk, bread. No need to shop. • Housekeeping and linens • Bicycle available to rent • Driveway or permit parking • All utilities and wifi No pets. No smoking indoors; outdoor smoking is welcome.
