Rent and Fees The carriage house is available starting August 15th for monthly rental with a 3-month minimum stay. Rent can be paid via two structures: $1,700/month including trash, water, utilities, WiFi, and basic streaming services, or, $1,500/month with utilities and other services paid by renter directly. A refundable security deposit, equal to one month’s rent, required at move-in, subject to the terms of the lease. Application required with a $30 fee for a background check (or a background report within the last 3 months may be provided). Renters insurance required. Pictured furnishings are available or may be moved upon request. Cigarette and cigar smoking are not permitted on the property. Off-street parking available in front of the house or behind the garage. In-garage parking available upon request. Lawn care and snow removal included.
