Description
I am subletting my sweet little casita for the months of July and August (dates flexible)! The house is an ADU to a larger house, but quite separate with its own lawn and approach (+ parking spot and free use of pool). The bedroom is an open loft + an additional twin bed in separate room downstairs. Must be friendly and get along well with people and 10-year-olds, as we share an open border to the pool & garden of the main house.

Comments: Only a minifridge, which is surprisingly sustainable with weekly farmer's markets/groceries! Must be agile on spiral staircase to loft/main bed!

Comments: Very quiet neighbourhood (deep in a roundabout) in Kingston, with walkable parks (squash and pickle ball courts) within 10 minutes and personal pool! Also a family-run golf course within 5 minutes. Hear the birds every day and feel the sunshine.
