We recently renovated our 1st floor apartment. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 2 twins. Our place is fully furnished, and all utilities are covered by us. Located right next to Harvard Observatory on Concord Ave, our place has enough distance from Harvard to feel off campus, but still close enough to make an effortless commute. If you are a Harvard Undergrad, Executive program student, or Masters student, or just looking for a nice neighborhood in Cambridge, I'd be happy to show it to you. Flexible for long or short term leases, and willing to accept multiple roommates.

Comments: We are located within 15 minutes walking distance to Harvard Square, we have a bus stop literal steps from our house to make that commute shorter. Our place is fully furnished, and all utilities are covered.
