Loud noises or partying after 10 pm - this is a very family oriented quiet neighborhood and loud noise will not be tolerated 3. Tenants are expected to conserve energy - i.e. switch off the lights in the house when they go to bed and use laundry between 7 pm and 7 am during the weekdays 4. Utilities are not included 5. Parking is not included 6. Private business is not allowed. 7. Disrespectful behaviour towards basement tenants, neighbors or owner 8. If Rent is not paid on time each month contract will be terminated 9. Owner may ask to inspect premises occasionally for any ongoing maintenance (24 hour notice will be provided) 10.
